Where's can I get a new key for a panda 1.1 active eco? The car only came with one , although there were 2 keys on a video we saw of the car but the stealer insisted there was only one , its not a remote one but I guess it has a transponder so will it have to be programmed. ?

take a copy of video back to dealer, and arrange for the key to be supplied, ( a replacement from FIAT = £200 / £350)

Thats just it, we can't find the video so have no proof

Do you have a Timpson locksmiths near you?
I believe some of the larger branches do have the hardware to be able to clone your original key. A friend of mine had one done, and they charged him
£50, not bad considering the main dealer price.
Hope this helps

Thanks m8 we have a diy shop near us so I rang them and they can do it for £ 79 and he said it takes about half an hour, however, sons gf ( it's her car ) emailed the dealer where the car was part exed to see if they can help, you never know somebody might actually give a damn ( although they'll be no breath holding)

Give this a a go, it worked for me.
I was in the same boat, bought my Panda from BCA, and it only came with one key.
So, I wrote to the previous owner listed on the log book and enclosed a small stamped padded jiffy bag, asking if they had the other key?
About a week later it dropped through the letter box.
Give it a go, its only the cost of the stamps.

that's a fair price, BUT as it's only a basic key, some places are lower..,
where are you / the car based.? ,

There are quite a few places where you can get keys cut but of those I'd tend to stay with reasonably sized locksmith. I've spoken to friends who've used Timpson's, although not for FIAT keys, and been quite happy although they were a little dearer than some of the smaller firms
