Hello! Does anyone know where I can get a pair of rear diff mounts for a 2005 4x4 Climbing? My mechanic said he had been quoted £152 each...ouch! He said mine are slightly cracked which is causing a dull thud at the rear of the car when I pull away quickly.

Can anyone help?

Ouch!
Part numbers are:
LH 51787849
RH 51787848

Googled it and found this: http://www.ebay.it/itm/Supporto-Ponte-Posteriore-SX-Fiat-Panda-Fiat-Panda-4x4-51787849-/221688958747

There may be more.
Look in the Traders section, email Sturgess and see what they can offer.

Hello again.
I have got some new diff mounts for my panda and im considering fitting the mounts myself. Do you have any knowledge of doing this job?
Chris.

My eLearn suggests that they just unbolt with the diff in situ. Will need to support the diff.

With the car supported on stands, support the diff on a trolley jack and the mounts look like they can be replaced easily. Pics on eLearn not that special, so you'll need to crawl under and have a look.

Very helpful. I will print this out for the mechanic who is going to do it - hopefully - next week. I was hoping he wouldn't need to drop the diff due to the problems this could cause to my (alread nosey) prop shaft; however he may need to.

Rear differential mounts fitted: its like a new car! All the nasty prop shaft rumble has gone. However, I now need a front wheel bearing. Im going to get both done. Any guesses for supply and fit for a pair for a 2005 4x4 Climbing?

Hi, having this problem myself, where did you buy from and what price? Thanks
