hi new here so go steady with me i have a panda 1.2 8 valve 2006 reg what spark plugs should i use they are the 16mm spanner size but what make and type if possible please thanks

If you are changing them yourself, be careful pulling the plug caps off.
They can fit really tight and can be hard to get hold of.
Tugging too hard at the wire instead of the cap can pull the wire out of the cap.
Grip the end of the cap and wiggle/pull.

A short piece of pipe helps removing and fitted.
6 inchs or so of pipe push fitted over the top of the plug once loosened helps dig them out of the holes and line the new up to help start screwing them in.
Once they're screwed in far enough by hand, the pipe will pull off and nip up with the plug key.

As the plugs fit into an alloy head, a wipe of copperslip around the plug threads and washer should stop the steel plug threads reacting with the alloy in the head and seizing in the holes.
Alloy and steel just don't like each other and can react badly (galvanic corrosion)

Years ago I stripped a thread in the head of my old Cinq Sporting because of this and they used the same head.
