Thank you all for your input, i went up to Banbury and got myself a 100hp in black.
She has 61k, clean throughout, and i drove her from Banbury to Solihull last night no issues.
Will be leaving now to go to mansfield then back to London so its fair to say we will be bonding today.

Couple of questions
I cant get the Bluetooth to pair up with my iPhone 6
and
The range computer was not moving down even though i did 20 miles but the needle was

They are my only 2 concerns

Try clearing the phone memory first by holding down both phone buttons on the steering wheel until the Italian lady says something you won't understand, same with the trip computer, reset and clear it then it'll work fine.

Yeah they're brilliant aren't they! I've done about 300 miles in it since sat, ride isn't too bad, apart from on speed bumps and I've had a couple of scares with warning lights and dash rattles but still an awesome car.

not happy with economy that's my one gripe the firm ride is alright....saying that I have not been in town with it yet

Sounds live very good MPG for that speed imo!

I was coming down from oxford to london today and I only managed around 32mpg at an indicated 70

What am I doing wrong

Nothing, other than doing 70mph. Its not an economical engine when driven enthusiastically - the cost of the road tax helps confirm that.

The wheels are 6.5x15 with 35mm offset if I recall. Standard tyres are 195/45x15 and wiser tyres are 195/50x15.

I took my car for a spin in town.....did I say the firm ride did not bother me?
Thinking about changing the suspension as my car was very uncomfortable in town.

Yep. That's why we have the 1.2 Dynamic as well. Well that and the £30 tax. Each has their own point and counterpoint.

I have to admit.....had I not been fully aware and in acceptance of the ride issues on this car...I'd be questioning my purchase.


Even though mine has already got the Koni SRT dampers all round, it's still hard work in town.


Luckily, I don't drive in town much...if I did...I may not be happy!


However, other areas make up for it!


P.s...40.8mpg at 80mph....that's very good...I don't think mine would do that.
