Hi guys, I've landed myself into a bit of a pickle. Added new rims to the car, work perfectly fine and all. Problem is that the bolts I was given shredded the wheel hubs threads so the wheels just...well, they fall off...

My question is, are rear wheel hubs the same as the front? I ask because I have been looking around on websites like Mister Auto and Micks Garage (awful names, I know), and they only show "rear axle" bearing kits.

Mister Auto
Micks Garage

Can I get one of these to replace the front hubs?

Please and thank you :)

I forgot to mention that my bearings are fine, then again if these kits include the whole assembly, pfff heck replace the whole unit :D

Digging around some more, I found this:

Ebay

Pretty sure this is what I am looking for. Am I right?

Front and rear are different.
Front has the drive flange separate form the bearings, probably only available through Fiat dealers, or might try Ricambio.
Rear is a single piece, including the bearing, which is what you've found from Mister Auto.

Assuming you've got a standard Panda, 1.1, or 1.2,
Front flange is 7672265
Nut is 7650557 (Must replace the nut, do not reuse it as it has to be staked over. Restaking can lead to it undoing and wrecking flanges, bearings, CV joints, discs, all at once.

Rear is,
without ABS, 51754192, or kit 71737613
with ABS, 46519901, or kit 7173789
Nut is, 7556102 Again, nut must be replaced.

Nut must be torqued up very tight,
Front, 240Nm / 177 lbf ft
Rear, 280Nm / 207 lbf ft

Must use a good torque wrench.

Might need to entrust it to a garage, as borrowing or hiring a torque wrench this big may be difficult.
Have a look at ePER, see the link in the blue band at the top of the page.
Front, section 27402, http://eper.fiatforum.com/eper/navi...=3&WINDOW_ID=1&SGRP_COD=2&SGS_COD=0&DRW_NUM=2
see items 8 & 9.
Rear, section 44321, http://eper.fiatforum.com/eper/navi...INT_MODE=0&EPER_CAT=SP&GUI_LANG=3&WINDOW_ID=1
See items 1, 2, & kit A, item 6.

Edit:

Your link to Ebay for the front flange seems ok, Febi part number 12572 replaces 40230, so either will be ok. See: http://cars.febi-parts.com/vehicle.php?lang=GB

The rear ones from your link to Mister Auto, are ok too,
The Febi 12116 is non-ABS
The Febi 79345 is ABS

Thanks Bill :)

I only need the front at the moment crucially. Think I wheel need to buy the nuts separately. My dad actually has a giant a** torque wrench strangely enough. I can get the job done :) I'm new to all of this but I am good with my hands.
