My 2011 Panda Dynamic has the plastic/vinyl head restraints in the rear like the pic below.

However, I can't put the back seat down properly with these as they're quite tall.

I saw that these cloth head restraints are on some other Pandas. It looks like these would actually allow me to drop the backseat properly. Would they fit my 3 belt 1 piece back seat? Anyone know the product code for a black version of these? Suggestions on where to find them would also be helpful.

On my old hack (2009 Multijet) I have the sliding split seats, and I can drop them flat(ish) without removing the headrests, but the headrests would pull out if I wanted.

Don't the plastic ones pull out? Or are you wanting to put the seat flat without having to remove them?

For the moment I'll attempt to pull them out, but I'd prefer to be able to drop the back seat without doing that each time.
 
These look very similar to the KA MK2 seats i put in my panda

Does yours have a button to be able to lift up and down though? I can push mine down and push the back seat flat, The headrest goes partially in front of the seat. I must add that I have them in a KA seat so it'd be wise to measure if you do go for that option! The KA seats did even have Fiat stamped on them though so it's probably the same deal.

Thanks Dave. I checked last night and the headrests pull up. I was able to remove them completely. I'll have a look for Ka headrests also. I think maybe I should go to a breakers yard.

I believe they're a completely different setup, you'll have the rear big restraints in your dynamic as you've a the 5th central seat belt option I take it? Those with the 2nd type of head restraint that you're after are only fitted to 4 seater Panda's in the rear.
 
Yeah, I have 5 belts in my car. Do you have the split seat with the 2nd type head restraint? If so, any chance you could measure the distance between the bars?

The distance between the rods on the inside is 14cm. Good luck in your quest!
 
Cool thanks! I just measured the vinyl ones and it's 14cm also. From the center of the left pole to the center of the right pole is 15cm. It looks like it might just work. I may see if I can pop into a breaker on Saturday. :)
 
I didn't think there would have been a difference. It wouldn't make sense to have different sizes. It's easier to work with things when the dimensions are the same.
