Excellent fun... Which I'm sure you've read, no real downsides. I wouldn't particularly commute more than 100 miles a day in it at high speed as hard ride and engine noise could get tedious.

Other than that, great!

I will only be doing 20 miles a day max....but it will be all town driving.

Read so much about the suspension, some say good some say bad lol. Guess it's a compromise for the go kart like handling

It has hard suspension. Not nice on road humps - you need to slow down more than soft sprung cars. On bendy roads it's hard to beat though. You either get used to the suspension or you hate it. Or both. Less fun for passengers I think.

It'll average 35-37mpg I would imagine if that matters.

Fairly quiet and civilised at slower speeds (suspension aside) with a nice engine note.

We've had ours for 3.5 years from new and it's done 19000 miles. There's nothing I feel like changing it for at present (money not being an object here).

Wow...low milage!

Well we have our share of speed bump's but I always tend to slow down for em anyway (mechanical sympathy)!

Low mileage and one of the last registered......11 reg! Plus it has the sunroof.

You should take a drive in one to see how you feel. some have kept them a very short time - the suspension being the issue for them.

It's a wee pocket rocket if looked after well. Just test drive a few till u find the perfect one for you ?

The wear seems to be common to most second hand one's....steering wheel, gearknob etc etc

Cheap bicast-leather + Aftershave = delaminating wheel
Cheap paint + ring jewellery = fading gear paint

Ours are mint mind you.

There's a few low miles ones on Autotrader. The white one with roof is private so more negotiable I guess. Take a spin in local one (there's never a local one of course).

Most of the local one's to me have done 80-90k, don't want with that kinda milage....will search on...

My 3 year search for a Panda Cross has failed so far. Right miles, right price, right colour, right location (I'm lazy). The stars have failed to align.

For the record - your last Punto was THE best colour. A low miles Cross in orange - ideal. I'd take white - but not at 9 grand.
