The 56 plate Panda Eleganza I'm picking up later thus week has 2 keys. Non-remote is blue (I think) and the remote is black. The remote works the doors but will not start the car. I would line to get it repaired if possible. If not, I'll get a spare non-remote cut. Anyone know if the remotes can be repaired?
Thanks

Walk away. Or get the vendor to fix the issue. Unless the car is very cheap.

Its happened to mine and loads of others on here, its a common problem. There seems to be a new thread about remote keys every few weeks.

Unfortunately it's not repairable, i opened mine and there is no transponder as such like the normal key to replace, just chips and pcb. even if you stick a transponder to it, your broken one will interfere.

From previous threads, its about £250 for that key.
