I have the mp3 head unit which the yelloe connect supplys the sub. I thought this was the usual arial and replaced the connector for the aux. This then lead to no sub so the yellow connector got switched back. I am asking if there is anyway into which both can be supplied?

As you can see in the picture below, the AUX cable uses the left three pins. As you can see in the other picture, the sub wire uses the right middle pin.

You need to cannibalise your AUX cable and remove the three wires with their pins from the yellow connector. Once this is done, insert the pins into the three corresponding holes on the car's yellow connector. Once you've done this, you should have AUX and sub together.

Ahhh so remove the sub pin and put this into the block in the middle ? And then the 3 pins in the yellow on the end ?

Right, words were failing me so I broke out my amazing Microsoft Paint skills haha :p.

See picture below: Remove pins 1, 2 and 3 from the AUX lead and place in hole 1, 2 and 3 on the yellow connector which came with the car. You don't need to do anything with the sub lead, that just stays where it is.

AFAIK, the only way to get the pins out of the AUX lead is to cut apart the yellow connector, carefully, and then remove them.
