I can see where you're coming from. A glass roof definitely makes a small car feel more spacious.
One solution would be a 500 lounge, but they're poor value secondhand and would likely be outside your budget.

Glad someone sees my rationale I like the 500L as a cross between the 500 and the panda, but yes too expensive.
Am I right in thinking they killed off the skydome in the new panda?

They're pretty significantly tinted to be honest. Admittedly, they're not "limo" tint dark, but if you put similar tint on the front I doubt you'd be able to drive past an officer of the law without being pulled over and made to remove it.100HP has slightly tinted rear windows doesn't it? So if its light you want then its not 100HP you want

We have the Pan roof in our 100hp. It is nice and despite the climate control, we still have it open occasionally on both days of summer when driving out in the hills.
They come with sun blinds of course, though as we're not in Portugal, they've never been closed.
