I can see why you got the seat covers now Smurf !
Must be a real fulll time job with two wee ones .;)..
On the note of the topic, I really like the sun shades you mentioned, going to see Mr Fiat today to see if I can get some here.
The part number is not a standard fiat part as in being on Eper, and I am not sure if 'Fiat Accessories' is part of Fiat or another company. ??? whatever, I have emailed the UK company linked to viat Fiat uk site to ask them for a price sent here. We have to use silver screens in the sun otherwise yer bum melts and yer hands stick permenantly to the steering wheel, dogs also cook
But leaving those in would be good..!
I dont go out at night for fear of vampires and silly people driving cars with blacked out rear lenses...

Yup, thanks Smurf - great find... !!

:D

I got mine almost 7 years ago now. Yes they're really good, so good that husband got a set for the Accord as well!

And yes, it's a full-time job with two small monsters on top of my real full-time job, but I go there for a rest on a Monday after the weekend! The little people keep me running all weekend, so a sit down for a few hours in front of a computer is very welcome! ;)

I think that was the replacement Panda set. When I had the skydome smashed, the company who replaced it removed the first set from the rear windows (no idea why as nothing was wrong with the back of the car!) and bent them so bad that they no longer fitted. They wouldn't replace them either! Miserable gits!

It's stopped raining! (Well for a few minutes anyhow!) :p

Perhaps Dez is a little too clean and shiny now... :D

Here are a few more photos of mine on my Panda Cross

I would say not, other than the rear quarterlights. I often carry computer stuff in the car and the rear seats folded down. I would be happy enough that it would be very hard to see into the car through the blinds without pressing your nose against the window!

Just out of interest, does the Cross have tinted glass to begin with (like the 100HP)?

On that point Matt, does the normal panda have slight tints, mone is quite tinted - not like the 100 of course , but more like wearing shades... not sure if that is a Portugal thing or all like that ??

Our 2005 Portugese Panda is no darker on glass than our 2009 UK spec one.
Ah, that sort of answer me Jon, I should have put it better - I didnt know if ANY of the normal uk pandas were tinted, sounds like they were if I understand you correctly ?. It is a nice tint, enough to be comfortable in all but the brightest sun.

Correct. They're normally slightly tinted (greenish) as standard in most cars these days I believe.

Good to know, I'm just trying to judge how dark the 100HP windows will be from the outside with tint and blinds.

What are they like at night, btw?

As they're perforated, they're fine for night driving. I wouldn't like to have to reverse into a dark corner with them in though!

I do take mine out of the Panda in winter, but the Honda has them in all year around. I've found them okay in the barge!

You're an absolute fount of knowledge regarding these sun blinds (y)!

Ahh good, I can't be bothered keep taking them in/out of the car whenever it goes dark. I usually use my rear fog light for reversing into especially dark places anyway (not that I do it a lot, to be honest), I find it's pretty handy.

At some point I think it was an option on say a Dynamic (maybe others) to have the 100hp style tints. I bet that wasn't cheap.

There was a Dynamic on Autotrader tother week with them. It looked very well. Sadly it was more than 5 miles away. Might have bought it.
