After downsizing from a mondeo to a 100hp in January the last few weeks have been both a hoot and a massive lesson in restraint when packing the car.

Downsized due to my wife recently passing her test and she hated driving the mondeo and as I don't really need the space of the mondeo I opted for the 100hp in white. It's not the first Fiat I've owned as my first car was an old school Panda Colour and I have also owned a 98 bravo. It is strange though as I last owned a the bravo in 03 and all the cars since I've not really fettled with but now there's a panda on the drive for some reason I've started again.

Fitted LED sidelights which didn't have any warnings once both were fitted.

I ordered koni strt rear dampers last Monday and I got back from work tonight to find the postman had delivered as well as larkspeed. Really impressed with a week wait as they hadn't got them in stock when I ordered last week.

I'm planning on fitting them this evening, is there anything I should be looking out for when fitting? Do they literally fit straight on without any wrestling?

Any pearls of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!

Should be pretty straight forward on a relatively young car like the 100HP although if I was doing mine again i'd fit new top mounts front and back.

Pretty straight forward is perfect!!!

I'm hoping there hasn't been too much wear and tear as it's only done just over 20000 miles?

All done, immediate feel is as hoped the pogo effect reduced. Reassuringly the under side of the car looks really clean apart from a slight bit of rust developing on the exhaust but hey that's to be expected.

Cheers, I bought it hoping to save money on running costs and now I have a list of things I want to do to it when really it doesn't need anything doing to it!

Happens to the best of us! My first post went something along the lines of 'just bought a panda for cheap motoring don't plan to do any mods on it'
Epic fail on my behalf :bang:

:yeahthat:So far I've changed the induction pipe/exhaust backbox/silver indicator bulbs and am about to debadge and fit Abarth badges......

Well I'm nearly 4 wks in to ownership and have upgraded headlights, sidelights, rear dampers.

Plans for future include a fuze in tyre profile once current tyres a more worn, front dampers, an exhaust when required and am tempted with the induction mod.

And maybe a little sound deadening and new head unit.

Starting to think that joining this forum could be a mistake financially!

Oh and forgot to add, got some red plastidip to try on the mirrors and the obligatory red brake caliper paint!!

Just need a few mins in the day to get it sorted.
