Thinking about buying 7x17" ET 38 Abarth wheels for the Panda 169.
I think they should fit with 195/40R17" tires.
It would look a lot more dynamic i think, over 15"

These two design's come in mind, both in matt black.

I like 'm both, but the second just a little better.
195/40 x 17 will be 5,5% bigger though.

Compare to 155/80R13 (standard tire size) it is just 1.66% bigger.

Compared to the 195/45 15's on a 100HP.

Decided to go one size smaller, 6.5x16" ET35.

Bought these today.

That wil be spring, another 3 month's or so.

Still need to make a tire choice.

* Michelin Pilot Sport 3.
* Dunlop SP Sport FastResponse.
* Hankook Ventus Prime2 K115.
* Toyo Proxes CF2.

If your happy with the cost i'd go with the Michelins.

That would be my first choise.

I don't like having 500 decals on the wheel centre caps.
So i decided i will sand down the 500 decals and polish the black plastic to a gloss.
By doing this, i get black gloss centre caps with a chrome ring and no decal.

Work in progress, sneak peak.

Made a tire choise, it will be Dunlop Sport BluResponce.

So Dunlop SP Sport BluResponse tires are ordered.
Size will be 195/45R16" that is just 0.64% bigger then 155/80R13".
The plan is to mount the wheels first with 12mm spacers, because i don't think they will fit without them.
The normal Panda 1.2 ltr has a different (smaller) wielbase then a 100 HP.
I know someone with a 100 HP with the same size wheels/tires and he said that he just have 3-4mm space left on the inside.

I think that they could fit even without spacers. I have on my 1,3 jtd 16x6.5" wheel, 195/45 tire, ET40 and with 5mm spacers everything is ok.

OK, that would make ET 35 fit as well, have to find that out.
Have 6x15 ET40 wheels with 195/50R15" tires and they don't fit without the 12mm spacers.

ET is always in comparisson with the width. My winterwheels are 14x6.5 ET 45.5 and they fit just fine without spacers.
