Another new owner here, picked up a 58 reg with Skydome and Pandamonium Pack for my wife on Friday to replace her knackered 15 year old SLK.

The Panda was advertised on here actually, though I saw it through PH.

Loving it so far and IIRC, like Evo_Number_One, I'm a (former) Fiat Coupe owner and FCCUK member too. :)

Hi Simon - yep still fully paid up on FCCUK and still enjoying the crono :D

If your new purchase was the one that lived just South of the Thames - then very nice too. I was actually hoping it was going to drop a little more towards my top end budget and would have then gone and seen her - but then this one came up for sale well below my budget with a few extras fitted and the rest as they say was history :cool:

If you look up fellow FF forumer "petoz" (who was the original owner) you'll find some nice photos of your new car when it was first purchased and of course some history and bits and pieces about her while in his ownership - I'd done my investigation ;)

Mines in for the full monty belts, tensioners, waterpump etc at Poweritalia on Thursday (y)

Here's a photo from the sellers advert - will get some of my own up soon.

should use facebook to get people to come onto the forun not the other way around.
Ive seen many forums die because of facebook,

The facebook page does have a link to the forum as well as the link to the original owners Italian website, I became admin by accident..:D:D:D

You have a point but the treatment of newer users by some on the forum leaves a lot to be desired at times, hence maybe why the Facebook group is utilised by some of us......

Lovely 100HP you've got there. It was/is Petoz's old car, we got a little off and perhaps could have got one a little cheaper if we had more time to look around, but needed a car at very short notice. The other half's SLK failed its MOT and was beyond economical repair and we needed a car quickly. Thanks for the info - didn't see too much to worry unduly about in Petoz's posts and its all going nicely.

Does Rog work on Pandas? That's interesting as ours will need belts soon - how much does he charge if you don't mind me asking?

Enjoy the Crono - I always thought yours was lovely when I saw it at Brooklands a few years back. I came close to getting my third Coupe earlier this year, but went for an old Spider instead.
