Hi

Ive had a look through some of the previous threads but I'm not sure that I have quite the same problem...

My car is an 09 100HP with the usual climate / aircon.

My problem is that the middle vent doesn't seem to work when that option is selected. With the vents open and the fan on full I can barely detect anything coming through.

The windscreen one seems to work, as does the foot one. Indeed when the middle one is selected it seems to push the air down to the foot outlet...

The air temperature appears to be responding as it should to the input control.

I suspect that that a flap isn't opening somewhere to move the air to the correct outlet?

Any ideas? Please don't say this is a version of the £1000 part required problem...

Thats normally when heat control has an issue, but direction control isn't too dissimilar so if a Fiat dealer does it then the answer potentially is yes unfortunately

I do have a FFSH on my car and last time in they bundled in some kind of perpetual warranty. Unlikely that it will cover this but I may try...

i recently had my heater fixed, temp issue etc, however when it was "fixed " and returned
it would blow hot/cold etc, but,

only on feet and mid section, when set to high and on the window i would hear the heater blasting but little/none went on the windscreen.
i returned the car to have it sorted out, it returned all well.

the problem was a trapped wire when all was refitted.

therefore , i would say check all wiring is correct ...
