Have been getting "Excessive radiator fluid temperature" popping up on the info display at start up.

Not spotted any other cases of this on the Panda (although on the Grande I spotted a couple)

Has anyone had this on their Panda?
I know she is getting on in age now being a 56 plate and spotted it either being battery or software update required to resolve.

I suspect the cause is probably the same as the Punto.

How old is the battery out of interest?

I believe it is the cars original battery, so that would make it 7 years old now come to think of it.

Its lasted well, considering the one I had in my Brava was goosed at 2 years old (cor that was a while ago since I had that!).

We've got a new one ready to pop in so shall do that soon and feedback the result.

Had to abandon the battery swap since the right side three mount section, the left side one seems to be spinning without loosening and just as luck has it, started raining heavy and we have no cover, will re attempt once it stops!
