I just followed your linky and the one on the other thread and it looks as though the company that does the conversions is based in Leamington, so I'm surprised I haven't seen it before.

They are camera cars
One parks by the Saxon Mill with a tripod mounted camera out of the back.I've also seen it in Woolston, just as you leave the 30 zone into NSA.

Not quite such a welcome sight then! We live only a good mile or so cross country walk to the Saxon Mill - it used to be really good but has changed hands and I've heard reports that it's no longer as good. The Belgian Frites with mayo were well worth the walk!
We're about 5 miles from there. Had several good visits there & one really bad on on a big occasion. My FiL complained and they gave us a free return trip. It was rubbish that time too
