It should be a straight sit. U will have to cut second muffler opening of course and I think u need to take it to the garage to weld on a hook to support second muffler. I dont think there is one on Panda.

Dont think any one here had it thou as its a bit expensive but this is the best exhaust sound u can get for Panda imo!!! Check it out!
