I hope I've done this right - I'm useless at uploading pictures. I've had my 100hp about 3 months now. It's got a full Fiat service history and all the receipts from new have been kept. I've spent a small fortune on it to be honest but I wanted it to look the part. I bought it as a second car to have some fun with. It's got the Pandemonium kit fitted - although I took the stripe off as I wasn't keen on it (then I bought another stripe from Fiat as I was unsure, didn't fit it though. Cost me over £100 ouch!) Subwoofer under the seat and multiple air bag option. The previous owner had a Powerflow back box fitted - it sounds really nice without being too intrusive. I've also done the following -

Had the front resprayed and any little marks on paintwork redone - no stone chips now!
Had the alloys refurbed
Fitted a chrome 100HP logo on engine cover
Fitted nice leather 100HP strap boot pull
boot protector cover
new leather gaiter and gear knob
Had a new remote key fob - old one had packed up
Centre armrest fitted
Chrome air vent surrounds fitted
Pioneer touch screen with flip down front / bluetooth
Reversing camera
Aluminium pedals
Silver vision bulbs (got them but not fitted yet)
Clear indicator bulbs (got them but not fitted yet)
Stubby aerial
Chrome Fiat valve caps
I pod holder
New tyres all round

It's pretty much done how I want it now, I'm not one for modding the engine although a few red hoses in the engine bay would look nice. I am thinking of fitting some drilled Brembo discs though to finish it off.

Looks great! I like the idea of a centre arm rest, where did you get yours from :)?

Originally I ordered it from Amazon through a company in Swindon. They took my money then said they had no stock! I got my money back and spoke to Armster Uk who imports them and they confirmed it had now been discontinued. I kept looking out for them to come up on Ebay and found one that looked like it was for the 100hp. I took a punt and bought it and it was indeed the right one! It fits easily and works a treat.

Damn...I was really hoping you'd just say it was a nice, cheap eBay job and I could buy one easily. Would definitely make motorway driving a little more relaxed.

Also, your car looks great, been looking at all your pictures !

Forgot to say, the RS3 looks sweeet! Bet that's an absolute beast to drive :D.

It's a seriously fast car. But I do 15000 miles just to get to and from work every year so I bought the 100hp to keep the mileage down on the RS3. I'm loving the Panda, I've wanted one ever since they came out, I looked at a nice red one (my original choice of colour) but couldn't agree a price with the dealer. This one came up and I did a cracking deal over the phone before hand and then went to have a look.

Keep looking on Ebay - one will come up. Just type in 'Armster Fiat Panda' or something like that, then if you see one email the seller to confirm it will fit the 100hp.

You're lucky being able to have the 100HP as a "spare" car :p. I bet in the wet that RS3 is pretty much unmatchable, one day my bank balance and insurance company might let me near one! It's a shame you missed out on getting the 100HP in the best colour though ;)! I kid, the 100HP is one of the few cars where every colour it was sold in looks fantastic. The same can't be said for the standard Panda, that light yellow is...erm, interesting.

I live out in the middle of nowhere so needed a 4 wheel drive car because of the snow and ice etc, the RS3 surprised me how good it was in the snow and wet weather - we had snow drifts down the country lanes and it got through no problem. It does like a drink though, if you take it easy then you get 25 / 26 to the gallon, floor it though and you'll see the gauge move before your very eyes..

I agree with the 100hp colours, they all look good, I think it's a cracking looking little car. My friends and family haven't a bad word to say about it - everyone loves it! My wife even prefers it to the RS3.

As a car lover, I like the fact you needed an AWD car, so you got an RS3...definitely the most practical and sensible choice :p! Audi's quattro system is very impressive, my dad's A8 is an absolute beast in the snow (it helps that it weighs about as much as a small moon, I guess haha).

Ouch, 25 to the gallon ! And there was me thinking the Panda was bad at 37... If you floor it in the Panda you're only getting 11.3mpg, according to the instant consumption readout, does sound lovely though ;). What kinda noise does the 5 cylinder in the RS3 make, not many 5 cylinders around?

I think the 100HP looks great, too. There aren't too many sporty, small cars that manage to avoid looking like they've been "hit with the chav stick" as Top Gear put it in their 100HP review. All my mates are used to their Corsas (and other assorted cars with boat-esque handling characteristics), so they complain about the ride in the 100HP quite a lot haha!

The RS3 has a lovely deep warble sound to it and you can press a switch that opens a baffle on the exhaust to make it even louder. It's a very clincal car, very typical Audi - the Panda's a lot more fun.

Sounds like it's a pretty amazing car. I guess to have any kind of fun with the RS3 you'd need to be doing licence losing speeds, which probably isn't worth it!

You're right about the Panda being fun, they say the 2008+ Fiesta is good to drive, but the 100HP blows it away. Then again, I'm sure the new Fiesta ST is a lot better than the little Panda. Keeping an eye on them for my next (distant future) car .

The new Fiesta ST is an impressive piece of kit. I'm sure you have read the reports in the motoring press about it and on last weekends Top Gear? I've started to see a few on the road now, they look really nice. I used to run a Focus ST a few years back - a great car let down by awful Ford Dealer service.
