Hello and welcome, there are a few of us on here modding our 100hp so you are in good company!! Check out the link below to my build might give you some ideas and Demi on here has carbon wrapped his bonnet so will be defo worth checking out his build!!
Make sure you post some pictures :D

Whare and how much was the back box and is it loud I want a nice tone and mot passible thanks

Right tried the red site around the grill but won't stick:-( so that might be a no go

no normal sticker would stick to the rough surfies like that grill. Its too rough. U need to decrease it and use spray high temp adhesive http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1-can-Tri...Scrapbooking_Glue_Tape_EH&hash=item5ae2cd1ecf
Its flexible so it will be perfect for rough plastic grill and on the sun plus near the engine it stay one as its high temperature.

I recommend sticking ur red stripe, even if one section at a time and masking around it so when u take it of u have exact area that that stripe will need to spray adhesive on. As u need to apply adhesive on both grill and stripe and u dont want glue all over ur grill ;).

Hope this helps (y)

Sounds like a lot of work for a red stripe lol perhaps you can recommend a few things 1 a air filter for the standard box ie knm or the like. spark plugs I was thinking Ngk iridium or denso .. Exhaust not loud though and any thing else ou think I might like cheers I've never modded a cr before and not wanting to spend loads just little things but I know my exhaust is getting ready both middle and back sections

Plus I'd like to change the steering wheel or something like this but think ill have probs with warning lights but I like the look of this 170998946846 on eBay

And do you no what wheels would fit ie do I need spacers or the like thanks

U cant fit that steering wheel on due to laws change on Jan 2012.

"airbag must be present and working if it was fitted as standard"

So u have to look for one with an airbag. ;) Good luck with that thou as not all will have the wiring to be Plug&Play, some u might have to adopt to ECU and I know that only a hand full of garages in UK will take on something like that costing u a lot in the process. I fitted Fiat 500 Abarth steering wheel so theres an option. Not saying u should go and copy other ppl. Just that some other Fiat part might fit straight in ;).

This old thread will explain ET much better and using that u can work out how much any other wheel gonna sit IN or OUT so u can work it out what ever u going to need spacers or not

https://www.fiatforum.com/panda/228464-abarth-500-wheels-panda.html

Helped me a lot. I know that.

Any wheels would go on as long as they r not too big (ei 17" 8J) :D, with hole diameter of 98 ( PCD 4 x 98) U can go for wheels with 4x96 or 4x100 thou but will have to use wooble bolts, they give u 2 mm play.

Again, hope this helps. If not ask away, i'm sure between few of us here we can explain things a bit better ;)

It will always come down to "was it worth it". Like the diamond mesh grill I did. Low cost, but too ages for me to do but I can honestly say - It was worth it.
So u ll find that u might have to scrap quite few ideas after thinking " is it worth the hustle?"

Not sure about Ngk but I have Denso and very happy with them, they are a bit expensive but u do feel sharper throttle response. (Make sure u get the RIGHT plugs thou!!!) I'm pretty sure its Denso IXU22 for 100HP Panda. But call Denso to confirm.

If u planing to install some kind of induction kit later on but need new filter now. Then just get stock one and save cash towards which ever one u going to go for. No point getting K&N panel filter for £50 just go cover u till u get induction kit. Add another £20-30 and u can get one of the cheaper induction kits. Cant recommend anything there as its a matter of budgets and preferences here. U can even do one urself. Check Autosiliconehoses.com, they even have carbon box with filter for £74.95... same as BMC CDA that cost £212 (but u ll need couple of hoses and jubilee clips to finish off the job). Still could save £100 large.

Exhaust will be again, down to the costs and personal preferences. U would recommend to Google exhausts for Panda 100HP, then copy manufacturers to Youtube and watch few videos to see which sound u would enjoy the most.

I do love this one thou!!! Love duplex systems and the sound on this one....Aghh
