Having seen that a few other people have threads on the go to keep us all up to date on the modifications to their beloved motors I thought I’d jump on that band wagon and start this one to let people know what I’m up to with my 100hp.

I bought the car in Jan 13, it’s my second Panda having owned a 4x4 which I bought in Sept and got me the Panda bug. I’ve had 48 cars over the years and small quirky cars always put a smile on my face, so when I sold the 4x4 I just had to buy another, and here it is.

New discs and a touch of red paint on the calipers

A few other jobs lined up in the coming weeks, wheel refurb, Koni suspension......

Looking great Mike!! :D like the smoked side indicators, it seems to be the Blue Panda's that get all the fun thats 3 ongoing projects running now! (y)

Looking good!
Where did you get the indicators from? I've been looking but could only find some black ones on eBay

Next mod on the way...

Dropped the car off yesterday to get the wheels refurbished. Called in today to pick it up but they had had some problems getting the old paint off, and when they eventually did they said there was a lot of corrosion under the paint on the spokes.

Collecting it on Saturday, photos to follow,

Mike

Picked the car up this morning, wheels look good, and just a subtle change only those people with an eye for detail will notice the difference.

As I say not a huge difference just toned down a little. :)

Ok, well my Koni suspension kit is still to arrive so in the mean time I've done another little mod. (Adds about 10mph top end and reduces 0-60 time by about 4 secs...... :p )

Mike :)

After 4 months of waiting it's eventually done, I've fitted my Koni suspension kit :D Not the STR-T one I originally ordered, oh no, i'd still be waiting for that one, but the adjustable sport suspension. :)

All went well apart from one of the front hub bolts refusing to come out, had to take the calliper off in the end in order to get a good swing at it with the hammer. Job done, now just need to get it set up. Didn't think it would have lowered the car any, but it seems to have dropped by about an inch, maybe a bit more once its settled.

Also managed to do the simple little induction mod, not sure if it make any difference though, but the blue hoses match the colour of the car (y) You can do so many jobs when the wife is away for the weekend ;)
