After searching though this forum and seeing all the different air filter setups available and issues people have had with them (or what people have told them they will have)
They seem to have issues ranging from water damage to the engine for low position of uprated air filter, having to clean out the filter housing the new uprated filter comes in, position of air filter over exhaust, length of intake pipe, and cost.
I thought I would share my mod, I have kept the original set up and I added a BMC panel filter a few months ago, I have now replaced the standard air intake pipe with a silicone alloy combo and i'm well happy with the results! The new induction noise is amazing really deep and all in all the one 90 degree silicone pipe, alloy connection pipe, and 3 jubilee clips cost around £27 off ebay! If anyone wants the specs of pipe let me know and will be happy to share! (y)

Cheers for the kind comments guys! Took a lot of measuring to get the look I wanted and I looked at what other people have done! :D

3 x 70-90mm hose clips

I didn't connect the main intake pipe to the front intake as it give the pipes a bit of flex for engine moment hence why you only need 3 clips.
As the silicone pipe comes with 15cm legs this gives you more then enough spare to make the connection pipe to the air box from the off cuts!
I will get you the sizes of the cut pipes tomoz. (y)

Having just fitted mine, I can see this cheap mod getting very expensive in the long run!

That deep bassy induction noise is so addictive, I was seeing low 10's on instant consumption!
Don't know about drive it like you stole it, more like stole it with the Crown Jewels in the boot & the rozzers hot on your tail! :)

your instructions were perfect! (y)

And I like the new modification! :)

On the way over to the GF's this eve I stuck my HD Hero 3 in the car to see if I could pick up the induction/engine noise.

Is the 1st elbow from the smaller engine Panda not a direct replacement for the elbow with the baffles on a 100hp. Just thinking it may look a little more OE.

I've fitted this mod and love it, truly love it. It sounds fantastic especially when you get past 4k revs. My consumption has plummeted due to flooring it at every opportunity.
Thanks for the idea. (y)

What's next ? lol

I have done a £10 mod for the rear fog light to remove the red cover and make the rear lights a bit more balanced here is the link https://www.fiatforum.com/panda/320333-panda-100hp-project-cooperman-style-7.html?p=3255598
