My track forward audio button on my steering decided to stop working..thought i would share how to fix. You do need to remove the drivers air bag so....
firstly you need to disconnect battery..leave for an hour...after touch the positive and neatral leads together..just to deplete any juice left in system. next remove airbag..are some treads on here but as reminder. on back of steering..3 holes..insert flat head screwdriver..u will feel a clip..just twist screwdriver and each will release. no need to disconnect bag..just move to side. treat wiv care. now what ever button you have issues wiv...carefully prise off (each button secured by clips) under button there is a small rubber dot that connects onto the button...plus a small disc that is the metal contact that is in the switch itself...for me the problem was disc had moved out from where it should be. i replaced it back..put button back in place making sure rubber dot attached and refitted air bag( push back on). Connected battery..alls good.
