ok well they are in so if anyone wants to give it a bash its not as much work as i thought its not easy but as long as you patient you will get ther ok so heres what i did.

got the pads from here http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-Pairs-Carbon-Fibre-Element-Heated-Seat-Retrofit-Kit-U-K-seller-/370624116357?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item564aeb3685&clk_rvr_id=433313108261&clk_rvr_id=433313108261

I took the seats out to fit the pads in 4 bolts seats are out jobs a good one.

I then removed the material from the base of the seat 4 clips at the back underside pop out and just ease the material over the foam ther are some small hooks that are well hooked onto base and hold material in place of the seat so once you get to this point no need to pull any further as ther will be enough room to slide the pad in so peel off exspose adhesive and push down and stick in desired place then just feed wire out back and pull material back down clip in place is did cable tie the wire to underneath the seat for tidyness. the back rest is easy just unclip at the back of seat tease up the material and same as base.

Next is the wiring and switches the pads came with a wiring loom for each seat so just a case of hiding the wiring i have done a diagram to show what i did.

I have bought the heated seats kit to put in my Panda Cross. However, I have side airbags in the seats. I assume that I can disconnect the battery for half an hour, unplug the connections under the seats then remove the seats?
