Worn out clutches generally refuse to release making gear shifts difficult. Revving and poor acceleration, I would guess at oil on the clutch.

Put the car in gear with good solid chocks under front wheels and hand brake on Rev to about 1500 and carefully release the clutch. The car should stall. If it keeps turning you need a new clutch.

If the clutch is slipping you'll also need to fix the oil leak. Gearbox input bearing is common but the crankshaft seal can also leak. Best to change both and get the gearbox input side checked carefully for bearing wear. But saying that it should be fine at such low miles.

Parts are cheap and its an easy clutch to change so labour isn't too costly either.

It's not really relevant to the OP but a friend had similar symptoms with a seicento. Turns out she had done a 3 (more likely 7!) point turn in a country lane and partially blocked the exhaust. Car was gutless and sounded like it was struggling to get enough air in.
Standard wheelbrace fixed it.
Similar symptoms to blocked catalyst, but cheaper to fix.
