I bought pattern front drop links for a very low price last year (£9 for both) and they seem to be OK so far.

So, when the rear bushes started to go on both front suspension arms, (clonking on braking and turning), I've bought 2 complete front arms, £71 for both including delivery (even cheaper than shop4parts). The originals were well shot (car has covered over 131k so can't complain) and at that price, it didn't seem worth changing just the rear bushes. The new arms come with front and rear bushes and a ball joint already fitted.

They're from a proper spares firm (eespares. Leeds on ebay) and they state clearly they are OEM standard, but I wondered if it may be false economy. I do about 1500 miles per month in my MJ so time will tell I suppose.

You're right. I raised it as a thread because there may be Panda owners out there who've had their cars long enough to judge if official Fiat parts are really any better.

No more knocking noises and the handling and grip (what there is) have come back. And my friendly mechanic changed them both for £35. (y) Wasn't worth trying to do it myself at that price.
