A sticker over the badge on that isn't going to cause any problems :)

I very much doubt a little sticker over the existing badge is going to be a hindrance to the flap opening...

Of course, there are those who would take this to the extreme

What if you have your hand on the horn as it goes off - any warnings about that? :p

Okay guys - thanks for all the comments - after sourcing front, rear and wheel badges from FleaBay all I need to finish the 'badge update' is:

- suitable 'red badge' sticker for the centre of the steering wheel
- suitable 'small red badge / button' for the key fob (or anyone that sells the later key fob for me to transplant the contents of my key to).

if anyone can post links they spot to suitable "small red Fiat badge stickers" they spot that might be suitable I would be grateful.

I have sourced a replacement REAR boot badge - the original seems pretty well stuck on - DOES ANYONE KNOW - if the rear badge is just bonded on or if it has a bolt through it like the front one.

I just thought I'd ask before removing all the rear panelling from inside the rear hatch to investigate further

In fact I've just found out from a dealer supplying OEM rear badge for Panda that it comes with two lugs and adhesive pad. Wha isn't clear is whether the lugs come right through to the boot to release them without breaking them. I have ordered a rear badge and will be able to tell when the new one arrives. Therefore the back is a different part (without a threaded post) to the front one
