Anyone else experienced a broken or sticky exterior door handle?

My front passenger door handle now doesn't return after pulling to open the door. So, when trying to close it from the inside, the door just bounces off the side of the car without catching.

Have tried spraying with wd40 in case something was sticking, but to no avail.

Any ideas?

Rear passenger one on Sisters Active is the same. TBH not looked at it, just push the handle back down after use.

Unfortunately the mechanism inside the door is made largely with plastic parts. Some of them could have snapped.

I wouldn't bother if it were my handle, but given it's the passengers, and i carry differing passengers quite often, rather tedious having to tell them how to open / close a car door!

Sounds like I may have to book it in to the dealers again - at least I won't be paying for it personally...

yeh mine did that dam near pulled the thing off lol

I got my panda 2nd hand and I had that problem with 2 of my handles I just asked my dad as the dealer I bought mine off fixed all my panda problems but my Dad said that dealer oiled mine (apparently person who put WD40 on that would make your handle worse as it stripes the oil off the handle and it's oil the handle needs)

Hope that works as my 2 door handles were fixed
