Walk in to a Fiat Stealer and order 4 replacement alloys for a 100 hp, you will need to lie down....
My is that the car comes with wheels and they are included in the price. They are expensive if you buy the wheels on their own from Fiat, but a new 100HP comes with 4 of them included in the price.

Sorry - don't like 'em - if I was going to change them it would be to even simpler style than OEMs and elecrtoclash to match car.

Is it just my eyes, your photo, or is the back half of your car a different shade to the front half? Look at the doors and you'll see what I mean.

Never noticed until you pointed that out, i was concentrating more on the new alloys than the paintwork, but yes, looks like it's had paint alright.

It's probably why the dog is looking at the front end, maybe he's a little miffed by it also

Re: 100 HP. The New Alloys on.

Believe it or not guys and gals, I've just bought a new set of genuine Abarth wheels for the A500. If you shop around you'll find it can be almost as cheap to buy a new set of wheels with tyres than it is just to buy tyres alone! In my case, it was an extra £15 per wheel to buy the alloy with the tyre, not bad considering a new set of Abarth wheels from the dealer would be over £1000. I was due 4 tyres, but it all depends on the cost of the tyre obviously, then you sell the old ones too which makes them even cheaper. Can't imagine i'll be buying a new set of wheels every time i need tyres though...

So you're saying that you got £1000 of wheels for £15 each? Why were they so cheap?

No, I'm saying i got £1000 worth of new wheels/tyres (maybe more) for £540, but most places sell the tyres they're fitted with for £125 each alone (cue Maxi tyre prices!) Plus i should get a few hundred for the old ones. Make sense now?

Given the bargain prices with tyres, I hope you got something reasonably decent in respect of tyre brand.

Yes they're the stock fitted Pirelli P Zero Nero's, 205/40 R17. Don't like them as much as the Toyo Proxes i have now though. The Toyo's were £50 a tyre cheaper and had more grip, lasted longer and had much less road noise, even when bold. Still, won't take me long to get through the Pirellis again

Hmm sounds alright though I find toyo poxies decidedly mediocre. I have no idea why people rave about them. Got them on the front of the ITR (as we are selling and there is no way i'd have those tyres on it if I was keeping it) and they are rubbish. Jelly like sidewalls, not much in the way of grip, nor in the way of feedback. Mind you the OEM (but sadly no longer produced) RE010s were miles ahead and that's a 14yr old design!

I do admit though to not being much of a pirelli fan really.

Re: 100 HP. The New Alloys on.

Would be nice to get a Yokohama A048 in the panda's 195/45/15 size, and really explore the limits !!

Well yes, though I think with 100hp and that much grip you'd be more or less flat out everywhere. It has a bit too much grip IMO with the stock tyres let alone A048s!
