Hi
Been having a problem with the fuel filter on a 06 Panda 1.3 multijet. Changed the fuel filter about 6,000 miles back and could be it was not tightened enough, seems very stiff to undo and redo - scared of breaking it. However ran fine for 6,000 miles. Now weeping diesel and failing to run.
Is this just needing taken of and tightened or could there be something else.

However while trying to tighten the housing in place on the car I broke one of the fuel lines - plonker :bang: should have know to do it properly and take filter housing off first. Any special issues in replacing the fuel line which goes under the air filter housing so presume its the engine fuel supply.

Any help greatly appreciated.

""there is a special tool for tightening/loosening the top housing by the way.""
Did think there must be. Would it be ok to lube the housing thread with a jelly type lube?
