Hi all, I am currently having a problem with my wife’s Panda a 1.3M-Jet, where it has developed an intermittent idling problem, the revs will drop below 500 and on occasions cause it to stall, normally when in neutral at junctions or traffic lights
.
I phoned my local Fiat dealership to book the car in to be checked and I did state that it was an “intermittent” fault, however to my complete surprise I was told after booking the car in that if they do not find the fault I would have to pay a diagnostic charge of £45 plus VAT. This was a bit of a shock to me as the car is still within its full warranty having just entered its second year. Can anyone else tell me if they have encountered this charge or is the garage at it?
