General Panda to the Sahara II

Many moons ago (well the summer of 2005) we took out 1991 Panda to the Sahara...

There were many breakdowns, a hijacking, several crashes and at least one chase by bandits thou the riff mountains but we all made it back in one peice and the panda went on to cross America, Race the Orient Express, head to the Nurburgring and end up so deep into the Arctic.

Now it's the turn of our 2009 Panda Eco!

This October we're going to take our new baby from the UK to Morocco and our Fiat Bear is coming with us, Fred of Arabia to see the dunes too raise some cash for the local Children's Hospice!

Fred only smokes cigars... And Cuban Molasses ones at that!

Cause if we had of bought the Dynamic I'd not of been able to aford to go to the feckin Sahara! Like were is your sense of adventure? I'm going to the Sahara in air conditioned comfort?

That and Sylvia didn't have any and I've had her in Death Valley frying eggs on the bonnet and we all lived to tell the tale...

Well... We hit our first problem.

Admiral Insurance won't give me a green card for Morocco but thanks to Trev we may have that one susssed already!

Leaving Belfast on the 15th of October so if you see the stripy panda on the way to Dover make sure to beep!
