(T) (Fuse?) No air-con, fan, nor mirror

Hi,

I bought my 2004 Panda Eleganza recently, and brought the car to the continent for a holiday (I'm in Budapest now). Well, it had been doing fine until it met a problem in Germany:

Climate control is completely gone (the dashboard control is blank without any light), and hence I have no air con nor fan in the car, and also the electric side mirrors are dead.

It's very hot here, temperature around 34c, so I would love to have the air con back! I suspect that a simple change of fuse would do, but unfortunately the car came without Owners Manual so I don't know which one to change. Could anyone please help? I know that there are two fuse boxes, one under the bonnet and one in front of the driver's seat.

Cabin fuse box:

F49 7.5A
F39 10A Both labled auto climate control

Engine Bay fuse:

F8 30A Air con fan
F19 7.5A Air-con compressor

If rev counter does work either try:

F11 Secondary services + tacho gen
