yeh they pop off very easy done them bout year go lol just never put pic on here before yeh sprayed them with clossest match, but well happy with my knob i like making lil inprovments that i think they should have done from new, ill post a pic of another improvement which done bout year go, "goes out side" looks loads better than big grey lump.

Yeh thats what i thought when they said cut it off but after seeing the richbrook one when came though from ebay thought looked so good had to be done

THis thread is four years old now so has anyone else done anything like this in the meantime? My 100HP is an 07 with 54k on the clock and I've just noticed the gaiter has holes in. The gearknob is also very tatty so any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I've completely made a custom gear/gaiter and handbrake lever/gaiter on my panda. If you interested in how, let me know, I will post more pictures of how I modded handbrake lever. Think gear mod is well explained there.
