It appears that, just before the first MOT comes around, Panda 4x4's are suffering failure of the drop links on the front suspension. This will be fixed under the 3 year warranty, so if your dealer does not pick it up, take advantage of the fact that you can have your car MOTed 1 month before it is due and if it fails on this point, get the dealer to fix it.
In fact, as a general principle, getting an MOT done when you're car is 2 years and 11 months old is a great way to pick up on faults that might be fixable under warranty.

I can agree with the drop links - mine too needed replacing for first MOT. Missed out on warranty as I was ill at the wrong time! Question: why are Panda's drop links about £45 and the Multipla's only £11? Look pretty similar to me... (Panda's are cheaper at shop4parts, but needed in a hurry so dealer-supplied -- but not dealer fitted!)
