I might have to crimp into my panda's speed pulse/speed signal wire for the purposes of my navigation head unit, but I too do not know where to locate this cable.
You have one on each wheel. Only wire coming from the hub area. Follow them into the engine bay via the wings. Make sure that the signal is what you want for your navigation unit and not a traditional hall effect sensor in a gearbox.
I believe the speedo signal is collected from an electronic sensor on the back of the gearbox casing? The wheel sensors are used by the ABS to detect a locked wheel, or the ESP to detect a spinning one... but I may be wrong

All of the modern era FIATs rely on the ABS ECU to provide a speed signal.
They use a gearbox sensor on non-ABS models, but I presumed that the use of the vss acronym in the thread title meant we weren't talking about hall-effect jobbies, hence my comment about what type of signal is actually required as they are different on the modern sensors.
