The point I was trying to make (to reinforce your point) was that some fuel from certain petrol stations *cough*Tesco!*cough* has knackered up components. Bad fuel is bad fuel and not all biodiesel is bad.That's a completely different kettle of fish tbh.

I'm sorry but this is wrong. Correctly cut Bio Diesel is fine as it contains exactly the same lubricating and energy values as regular diesel.
The issue starts when crap bio diesel is used that isn't chemically cut.
Did you read that in a book?
