Does anyone have any information about towbar options for the 100HP?

I understand Witter do a towbar for the Panda but I don't if this will fit a 100HP.

I have one fitted to my Dynamic, it pulls 400kg of sand without any problems . I would just ask the dealer, they should know if there is a differance in fitting for the 100hp. ( I think the tow bar for the 4x4 is different.)

Anyone been able to fit a towbar to the 100hp yet? I'm picking up a white one on Monday and want to tow a small trailer occassionally to avoid putting anything grubby inside of it!

I have fitted one from German Westfalia where the hook can be taken off
You have to make a little cut in the rearbumper but then you stand near the car you wont notice it. Westfalia makes a system for the hook so its easy to mount and take off the car.

I've just called a local company who say that they can fit a towbar to my 100hp. I explained the differences with the panda and the 100hp so the chap called the manufacturer and said they did one..

He's booked in for 0900hours tomorrow to fit the towbar, £259 fitted, including a swan neck that is removable and no bumper cutting. I will update you tomorrow with how it goes..

Can you post some pictures of your towbar, with the towbar neck on and off.. The chap who came round to fit my bar spet 3hrs taking the bumper off, putting the bar on and then realised h'd have to cut a huge hole in the bumper so had to remove it all again!! If it looks good will order one ASAP.

My car is avay for the next 3 days, its getting a waxthreatment underneath and inside all the hidden spaces and rooms.
I always do that when I have got a new car, here in Denmark they use a lot of salt in the vinter.

Have just checked the fitting instructions.
The cut in the bumber is 107mm x 320 mm and if you make the cut round in the corners it dont look so bad . If you go a long way from the car you can see the cut but if you stand near the car you wont noticed it, and the electric socket turns on a hinged plate so you cant anything from the towbar when the hook is off.
I have checked a lot of towbars and I think this one is the best and the price from that german shop is really good.

I've checked the price and it seems fine.. To be honest anything that allows me to tow a trailer and not stick grubby stuff in my car is a must. Which one did you go for? I can see that the link takes you to a choice of quite a few.

Could you still post some pictures? Only because if I order it from Germany I want to make sure 100% I am ok with the cut..

Is the 4x4 the same floor plan as the 100hp? I only ask because I think the panda 4x4 towbar would fitt better with less cutting as the bumper is about the same..

it all depends on the towbar manufacturer some have big cuts some have small...

I am also wanting to fit a towbar to my 100hp (I live in the UK).

Can anyone provide a conclusion on what product I might need, where I could send my car to have this fitted and approx cost?

I would be eternally grateful to anyone that can help my young family go camping (trailer essential or we'll have to sell the 100hp!!)

I fitted mine last night if you want a pic let me know and yes had to cut bumper even thought it said no bumper cut needed but if you take your time it looks good
