Panda Vs Cinq

What are the main differences between a 1.2 new panda engine and a 1.2 Punto 60 engine except the MPI injection.

The reason for this question is that I have a Novitec 276 cam spare from my cinq and if it fits on the Panda...

I think my mom likes that
