I think you can also press how many bar it is, then the button to change it to P.S.I. and it will tell you how many P.S.I. it is ![]()

| Re: Tyre pressure Hi Clair 1 bar = 15psi (purists will tell you its 14.8...) So, the pressures for 'normal loading' for all Panda except 100HP and 4x4 are Front 2.0 bar = 30 psi Rear 1.8 bar = 27 psi For full load, both front and rear go to 2.2 bar, which is 33psi [added later] For the Multijet, as above, but full load is 2.3 front, which is 34.5! The 4x4 is 2.2 front, 2.0 rear which gives 33F / 30R, and full load 2.3 all round which is 34.5 at each corner [and later still!] Forgot the spare: Spacesaver spare is 2.8bar, or 42(!) psi Pete

| Panda Powered Squirrel | My handbook has hand written values of 29 & 26, but not going to quibble over 1 psi ![]() In my case I will be putting my spare at 30 too (it's full size not a spacesaver - if you want that damn thing yell !!) Trev

| Re: Tyre pressure As another "spanner in the works", my experience of garage tyre pressure gauges is that while they show the same numbers on the screen they all appear to have been calibrated to a different standard (up to 5psi different!) which has led to me distrusting them. ![]() I've now bought myself a mechanical foot pump which fills me with a bit more confidence as it at least now seems to agree with my tyre pressure gauge (made by a different manufacturer). Pumping up the space saver that first time was a bit of effort though ![]() Chris

| Re: Tyre pressure The other problem with using garage forecourt pressure gauges and pumps is that the tyre pressures should be measured cold. Therefore if you have driven more than about a mile to the garage the tyres are warm and will end up underinflated. Investing in a 12v electric pump and a reliable pressure gauge is well worth it.

, do tyre check when my shift has finished with nice cold tyres![]() I also use a digital pressure reader because I to don't trust the compressors read out as far as I can throw one ![]() Jon.
