Smile Panda day is not far away!

I should hopefully pick up my 08 100HP this Thursday. I've traded in my Celica for something that should hopefully be cheap to run, but still a good drivers car.
Can anyone give any opinions on what i can look forward to?

Also, is there any members in the Edinburgh area with a 100HP?

Thanks Simon

Re: Panda day is not far away!

There's at least one (white) 100HP in Edinburgh as I saw it close to the airport when I was up there recently.

That's helpful isn't it! Ha ha

There is the Scottish Italian Car Day which is held at the end of May, so you've missed it by a few month.

I attended it this year and it was great, pictures can be found here,

You won't be disappointed with the car!

Why did you not test drive a 100hp?....An expensive way to find out whether you like it or not!

There were only 4 in Scotland left, and i thought if i liked a basic model then i'd LOVE the 100HP. I've wanted one for ages, theres not really another car at that price(brand new) that will offer what i'm wanting.

I hope the blue is nice, thats all that the Scottish dealers had

I never even had one, saw it on forecourt and bought it there and then, took all of 30 seconds to decide I wanted it (and few days later I was taking it home), didn't set out to buy one, was looking for a Punto at the time.

Fair play....I'm sure you'll love it....But it really is a world away from a standard Panda!

Re: Panda day is not far away!

I'm impressed the number of people who buy cars without even driving or sitting in them. The Nissan salesman told me he could get a 160 SR in for me to test drive if I committed to buying it there and then and when I looked at him like he'd just wiped his ar$e on the curtains he said it was very common practice these days (buying cars without driving them ... not wiping his ar$e on the curtains ).

Hopefully it's everything you've hoped for and more

Enjoy!!!

Chris
