General Panda Cross to Abarth 595 Comp 180?

Phase one is complete.

My wife picked up her brand new spaceship earlier. Very nice, I must say but at twice the price of my Panda, it ought to be!!

So much tech, so futuristic. I've nicknamed it the milk float though....lol

Roll on my 595 though.... ;)

V Nice! A question, I notice on some abarths the boost gauge is tucked in beside the speedo whilst most are like yours on the dash, is this an option thing? Looking forward to hearing your running reports!

Ta. The boost gauge is placed differently on LHD cars but has always been the same on RHD cars.

Very nice Simon. Waiting for you to say it's garaged and only coming out on sunny days. You've a different private plate too?!

Performance should match that grey limited edition Fiesta ST 200. Saw one other day. They're certainly different. And make an Abarth look cheap £23k.

Curse you, Squadrone Rosso - I've spent the last hour looking at 595 180's on Autotrader! There's a tasty low-mileage yellow one just down the road from me...

Typically, the listings are often vague on the spec. What are the visual clues for the performance pack? Some of them appear to have Sabelt seats like yours - can those be specified individually, or only as part of the performance pack?

Performance pack's no longer showing up on the configurator for the Competizione 180 :(

Edit: but on the bright side, they're available at 0% finance on the Privilege scheme this quarter!

I feel a plan coming on...

You've had the Cross best part of 2 1/2 years Gareth. Longer than most of cars I've had. Used to see yellow Abarth on motorway. They do look good. (y)

I usually keep them much longer than that! Just looking to put some fun back into my motoring life, before they regulate all the fun out of it. Pity they don't do a 4x4 Abarth, for those days when my farm track is slippy.
