General What did you do with your Panda today?

Very good Sir! The A2 was so far ahead of its time that the same car with that modern Audi look that you have pen'd so well, would be a perfect addition to their continually bloating range of cars.

What did we do today?

Once again enjoyed the heated windscreen(very fast) and heated seats (not so fast) in the Lounge. Sweeeeeeet.

Wish my Panda had the heated windscreen!!!

Took to the snowy - and icy - roads of Aberdeenshire. First time we have used ELD and the little car even sailed up our steep and winding hill road in -2C with ease. Great little vehicle!
My trusty old Land Rover struggled on the same hill!!2017-12-09-194.jpg

I just remove the snow pack from my car, so that i don't have to do it tomorrow morning at 07:00 hour before going to work.
I just don't drive with a Pack of snow on my car, especially not with a pack of snow on my roof.
If you have to brake and the pack of snow slide on your front window you have a serious problem because your wipers will not be able to remove it, and you will be blind from that point on.

Played in the snow! :D

(It's damned good, btw - got myself into some situations that would normally have called for a tractor and a rope, but the wee yellow beastie just hunkered down and clawed its way out (y))

Ditto! 6 inches of the stuff fell in North Herts and it coped better than I ever thought it would.

You're making me jealous folks - we just have rubbish sleet down here in the tropical South.

In other news, I've bought another pair of those excellent DIY heated seat elements from FleaBay and plan to fit them to the backrests of the front seats, to compliment the OEM bonfires on the seat bases. The seat covers look to be held on with just Zips and Clips, so hopefully it won't be too big a job. Would be nice to have a warm back as well as ar$e I think.

I fitted a set to the Abarth seats in my previous 169 4x4 and they really are very good (and also the Mrs R1NGA's S2000).

Don't usually drive with snow on roof but it came down non-stop on way home, and I wasn't getting out in whiteout to brush it off!
And I didn't believe wee car would come up the hill when we arrived home - but Panda romped up like a goat.......if a panda can become a goat?

There are multiple permutations to that question. For example, full sized panda bear with goat legs only, full size panda bear with goat head, massive panda torso bumbling about with a goat butt and rear legs, giant panda butt and rear legs with a scrawny lanky goat torso walking around on its rear legs, small goat body and head with great big panda legs and paws... each of them probably equally as ridiculous as the other.

Not much snow to play in up here in North Yorkshire/Lancs/Cumbria area, but some wicked black ice yesterday evening and this morning. The car was incredibly sure footed(y) The biggest problem when you have better grip in poor conditions is remembering that slowing down or stopping can be as hazardous as for any other vehicle!

Did sold my 16" Bravo LM anthracite wheels today. ;)
From day one i had a love & hate relation with them. :D
I was never really happy with the colour choice and they where heavy like hell, what really could be felt during driving.
Also had really bad MPG with them on.

Ah you finaly sold them.
Did like the look of them in pictures but I have the same thing with the red wheels. They only look good on cloudy days and in pictures. In bright sunlight I don't like them because they start to look faded then.
