But "Blue Oval" has sold both Volvo and Aston Martin (and Land-Rover, Jaguar...) during the crisis a few years ago.

I would have to agree with Candisa, a Volvo would be far more preferable than overpriced, boring German boxes. Plus don't forget they attempted to use the 850 estate for the BTCC, lol!

In all seriousness, how many decent UK car programs do we have on TV. Like it or not TopGear that was, came out on top. FifthGear, Wheeler dealers are watchable, but I totally agree that there is not a fact based car program out there at the moment that warrants a mention for the serious mechanic/petrolhead.

Not forgetting our American cousins, a completely different approach altogether, aye, & way over the top with stupid sayings/words like everything is "awesome" or "killer" what do you think "dude" OK I'll stop that bit now, need to watch the blood pressure.....

I don't mind Fast&Loud with Richard & co, I can handle this now & again, but the show is becoming more & more silly at times, but it's all down to who irritates you the most. American offering of humor is just not funny in my book, & I just find some of their accents so nasal & raspy, just really irritating.

So there we have it, my Sunday morning wee rant...
