I'd agree that the radio or installation is faulty. Since I deselected Traffic it's picking up and locking onto all the stations.
Still like to have Dab though.

And then I drove out in the country!!
Bottom line is that the radio reception can be rubbish.
Radio 4 kept dropping out, was crackly and hissy.
I can't remember DAB being anywhere near as bad on my last car.
Mind you it was "slightly" more expensive than the Panda so can't really complain

Is there or might there be in the near future a Fiat dedicated DAB unit available to fit a Panda? Would be nice to think there was such an option. How hard is it to factory fit a decent FM unit anyway?

So before we condem Fiat for producing rubbish radios' I've got a Ford Fiesta hire car at the moment and the radio in that is equally poor, loosing radio 4 as soon as I leave the city limits. (As an aside the Ford also suffered from a lot of road noise, arguably more than the Panda).
Whilst I had a DAB radio in my last car, previous to that I had an Audi with FM radio and can't remember it losing signal anywhere near as often as the Fiat/Ford.
