Hi guys, newbie here. Panda 2015 owner.

I don't have blue&me as I couldn't justify the amount of money. Though I'd like to play music from my iPhone or MP3 player.

I understand there's an aux port in the back of the stereo, has anyone wired a cable through? If so, where did you bring it out?

Any tips would be appreciated too :) thanks all.

If it can be done, I would imagine you'll need to remove the stereo and route a cable down the back of the stereo housing and through into the glove box. I don't know how simple/possible this would be though.

In terms of mats, I would recommend getting proper Panda ones, just because aftermarket mats tend not to fit so well and dirt gets underneath them, rendering them half-useless. The genuine mats are around £50 at most Fiat dealers or on the following link: http://fiat.mopar.eu/fiat/uk/en/accessories

If you follow the link, it'll take you to the Accessories section of the Fiat website. Scroll to the bottom and select Panda, then 'Confort' (presumably Comfort) and then there'll be links to mats and seat covers, if you'd prefer to order direct from Fiat. Might be sensible to phone the accessories helpline to specify that you want Right-Hand Drive mats, because they keep coming up as LHD on the website and I'm not sure if this is a typo or whether they really are LHD!

Personally I'd go to a dealer with the prices from the website and see what they can do as the seat covers in particular, look rather pricey. I'd always recommend genuine mats, however for seat covers you could also probably get fairly decent ones off Amazon/eBay for a lot less than Fiat want, if money's tight :)

thanks Liam, I've done this in my brothers cars many times. Think I'll have a go at it in mine.
Though might grab a fm transmitter and see if that works just as well, again, my brother had one of these before and it was very good considering.

Yeah. I was swinging towards the proper floor mats, totally slipped my mind when ordering my car! Duh.

There are separate threads that show a suitable cable that terminates in a standard 3.5mm TRS jack. Last time I looked it was around £17 on eBay. I suppose that could be run down into the glovebox. I'd prefer to cut the jack off and replace it with a panel mount socket for a neater finish.

I had planned to purchase one of these cables but decided against it until I realised just how many MP3 files can be put on a data CD. I keep a couple of data CDs with different moods of music (separate for me and the wife!) and swap them every few weeks. To be honest in a separate car that has an SD card slot that can contain many hundreds of albums is close to unusable because it is so difficult to find the album you want. Obviously your phone will have better search facilities but do you really want to be faffing around with your phone when you should be driving.

I've just fitted the cable to the back of the radio and brought it out by the steering height adjuster works fine with my phone. this is the cable.eBay item number:201402149409.
