Hi All

I am replacing my old Panda 2004 Dynamic model with my 1st ever 4x4 as due to living down a rough dirt track I needed a bit more ground clearance.

I was going to just get a trekking but as I have got the price of the 4x4 down to the base trekking price I decided to go for it.

A big thank you to the members who mentioned the privilege deals as otherwise I would have probably ended up with either a new Dacia Stepway, Basic Panda or a cheap second hand model.

I just hope I made the right choice of colour as I have ordered the Sicilian Orange.

Sicilian Orange is a fab colour. Great choice, really suits the Panda, and......you will never lose it in a car park again LoL

An example of how visible it is... :)

Had an email from the dealer over the weekend giving me a list of Number plates to choose from & also informing me my 4x4 is currently on a boat waiting to dock. I am pleased it is almost here as I was hoping it would be here for the 1st week of March but was expecting it would be nearer the end of March. He also confirmed they would be fitting front & rear mudflaps as requested.:D
I have to admit I am quite excited about getting this car which is unusual for me as I have not had the same feelings about any of the other cars I have owned but there again the list price of this car is more than double what my old Panda cost.

The mudflaps are not official Panda mudflaps but are off another fiat model. The salesman at BV Rees at St Dogmaels did say which model but I cannot remember for sure :bang: but it may have been the Bravo or Punto.
I think he said they were rubber so could be made to fit as they had done it before but I will try to get the full details when I next speak to them & I will post pictures when I get the car.

Yes please!!!

Also interested in the mudflaps as Fiat still don't appear to offer them.

I called in today & spoke to one of the salesmen about the mudflaps & he told me they are Punto ones & it can be a fiddly job because they are not an exact fit but they can cut them to make it work as they have done this a few times before. He is also amazed that fiat don't sell mudflaps for the 4x4 & cross as they would be a popular optional extra.

My car should be ready to pick up by the end of next week so I will post pics so you can see what they look like as soon as I get it.
