Hello Panda friends,

Wonder if you can help, mothers got herself a 2012 panda in white....

Now she's moaning about the speed beep when she's sitting at 70mph.

How do we turn this off? I've tried getting into the dash menu but all I end up going to is the stereo or blue and me options..

Bit of help please!!

Using the menu in centre of dash (with up down buttons which you usually use for headlamp adjustment). Should have option there to turn speed beep on/off and to adjust the speed at which it notifies you. I've got mine set to 75mph, as it's useful to let you know if your speed is creeping up on motorway/dual carriageway on long journeys.

I knew it would be as easy as anything! Thanks allot!
It's a good idea being able to set it at a speed!

I thought the seatbelt reminder only comes on after a certain speed/distance/time. Your driveway must be a lot longer than mine! :)

As you say, if you move really slowly for a short time the alarm doesn't sound - the details are in the handbook; it's enough for me to drive through our gate, up a short drive and into the garage.

I can't get over 12mph on my driveway...

Could you fasten the passenger belt into your buckle instead while you're going down your drive?

We had to take our Panda in a few months ago as the passenger seat buckle was faulty and kept beeping even when someone was correctly strapped in. It was extremely annoying doing the school run with my hubby and the car was beeping all over the place the entire journey.
