My Punto showed @35 miles TOTAL = BOTH, and 7 mpg ..!!.

apparently you should have no more than 50 miles as "delivery mileage",

don't know if there is a legal basis for this figure..??,

I Know mine had been there for a few weeks so test drives are probably the answer, my Dads however came straight off the transporter! He picked it up almost straight away.
I am not worried about it but I have left it showing 100 miles more than the odo as a bit of leverage in case i get a problem (hopefully not).
The PDI that was carried out on our cars was not great, I imagine the just forgot to rest it, I had to give it a decent wax, and a few other things so did my dad as you could still see the sticker marks on the doors from the factory.
The salesman was great, but unfortunately all of my other dealings with fiat Since handing over the cash have been a bit rubbish, which is a great shame as they have a great product here.
