I pick up my nearly new panda 1.2 lounge tomorrow from the Arnold Clark dealership in dundee even though I live in Newcastle. (190 miles)

I have set myself a top gear style challenge to beat my time travelling to dundee by bus and train against my journey back in my new panda.

The missus thinks I am a saddo, but I am going to enjoy my day out.

The panda is in white, on a 62 plate. 3000 miles - ex demonstrator. It has got the sand and grey seats with the grey dash. There is no other extras on it, but I got it for £7150. Looking around I think I got a decent deal.

Hi catnash,

Thanks for asking, I really enjoyed my day out and I love my panda.

It took me 3 and a bit hours to get back on roads I didn't know and in a car I had never driven before, but the panda is so easy to drive and everything is simply laid out I had a really cool time.

I haven't used my other car since and I am what accessories I should get, is there anything you or anyone would recommend?

I don't like the VAN look Panda's get with the privacy glass, front halve clear, rear halve black.
Overhere it's standaard on the Lounge version, and i presume everywhere.
I've got the privacy glass as an extra on a white panda 4x4. Was hoping it would look like pic. ;)

My 4x4 is ordered in Sicilian orange + dark tint windows amongst other things. I hope its gonna look fab!
Agree tho that a white one with tints could look a bit van-like :)
